Booking & Reservation Policies

Reservation Confirmation

All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card or full payment.

  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
  • Reservation is not guaranteed until payment is processed
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed
Check-in & Check-out Times

Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.

  • Early check-in available from 12:00 PM (subject to availability)
  • Late check-out until 2:00 PM (additional charges may apply)
  • Express check-out available through our mobile app
  • Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in
Age Requirements

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult
  • Additional documentation may be required for international guests
  • Group bookings may have different age requirements

Payment & Cancellation Policies

  • No-show: Full first night charged

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund
  • Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest
